Echo Effect is both a business site and a positioning system for my own agency work. The site has to explain services quickly, route visitors toward the right engagement path, support social media marketing credibility, and maintain a blog that can grow into an SEO asset. The implementation focuses on clear service architecture, restrained design, fast page delivery, and calls to action that fit a small business sales process. It also serves as a working example of how I package web development, content strategy, and digital presence into a client-facing offer.

The project demonstrates package architecture, framework interoperability, token governance, documentation strategy, component anatomy, theme roles, light and dark variants, multilingual stress testing, and the practical rules a reusable product system needs before it can scale beyond one application.

Peak Comfort is a service-business website built to make HVAC offerings easy to understand and easy to act on. The project required a structure that could support multiple service categories, explain maintenance and protection plan value, and guide visitors toward quote requests without burying the practical details. The site emphasizes local business credibility, clear service separation, and pages that can compete in search for specific heating, cooling, heat pump, water heater, and maintenance topics.

Cole's Pool Service & More needed a practical service website that could present a wide range of pool and outdoor living work without becoming cluttered. The site separates construction, renovation, repair, maintenance, hardscaping, and screen work into clearer paths while still keeping the business identity front and center. The result is a stronger customer-facing presence for a local contractor, with enough structure to support future galleries, service expansion, and search-focused pages.

Dirty Rice Gaming is a live community site built around identity, content, and conversion into a Discord-based group. The page has to do more than look like a gaming splash page: it explains the history of the community, gives new visitors a reason to join, presents events and partner content, and supports a blog/newsletter surface for ongoing activity. The project shows how I can build a branded community hub that feels specific to its audience while still keeping navigation, calls to action, and content paths clear.

Ratespedia is a mortgage technology platform focused on borrower intake, lender matching, and operational clarity. The work goes beyond a marketing website: it includes application flow thinking, loan-type routing, partner portal concepts, regulated-data considerations, and a product surface that has to support both consumers and lenders. This project shows my ability to work in a higher-stakes business domain where user experience, data handling, credibility, and conversion paths all have to be considered together.

Ratespedia Network is a deployed borrower intake flow for mortgage rate comparison. The experience starts with loan-type selection and moves users through a staged application process with clear progress, offer positioning, and trust-oriented disclosure language. The work demonstrates product thinking in a regulated financial context: the interface has to reduce friction, avoid overwhelming users, and collect structured information while making the next step obvious.

MyRatespedia is a focused quote-intake application for collecting borrower information in a way that feels direct, secure, and manageable. The interface emphasizes trust, required-field clarity, address and contact validation, state selection, consent language, and a clear submission path. It is a good example of building the less glamorous but business-critical part of a product: the form surface where conversion quality, compliance language, and user confidence have to work together.

PUG Empire is a community platform for a tactical gaming audience, combining identity, content, social integration, and live media into one experience. The project required more than static pages: authentication, Discord-aware community features, blog publishing, and stream aggregation all needed to feel like part of the same hub. It is a strong example of full-stack product thinking for a niche audience with specific expectations around identity, activity, and community presence.

BRONCO is a closed-source proprietary internal application for Ratespedia operations and mortgage lead processing. It is a full-stack Next.js tool suite with server route handlers, Supabase-backed shared data surfaces, protected operations screens, CSV-heavy processing workflows, operational metrics, workflow maps, and cross-system architecture documentation. The app supports batch ingest for vendor files, canonical mailed-record exports, suppression and dedupe workflows, a Record Console for searching and maintaining mailed records, normalized lead grading, personalized URL and QR-code output generation, organization and API-key administration, GeoPoint activity logging, Mail House ingest logs, partner management, homepage promotion controls, systems overview checks, and an internal Systems Architecture SOP covering BRONCO and the connected Ratespedia domains.

SEO Peek is a browser extension built to make quick page audits faster. Instead of forcing users through a heavyweight dashboard, the extension reads key on-page signals directly from the active page and presents title, meta description, heading, image, and SEO guidance in a compact workflow. It demonstrates client-side browser API work, practical UX for developers and marketers, and the ability to package a focused tool for distribution through the Chrome Web Store.

The site organizes prompts, model comparisons, tool references, and engineering guides into a browsable system that can keep growing over time. The core challenge was information architecture: making a dense technical library feel searchable, credible, and useful without turning it into a loose pile of notes. It demonstrates my ability to structure long-form technical content, design reference surfaces, and build documentation-heavy products that support both human readers and AI-assisted discovery.

Our Heritage Kitchen was built as a finished portfolio product, not just a prototype. The work centered on turning family recipes into durable, searchable records with enough context to preserve the story behind the food. I handled the product framing, application structure, data model, recipe entry experience, public presentation, search behavior, launch checklist, SEO setup, analytics, and ongoing maintenance planning. The project demonstrates how I move from a personal problem to a production-ready application with a clear audience, a realistic content model, and an interface designed for repeated use.
